Ubeform wooden gymnastic rings are practical equipment for strength, gymnastics and functional training. Made of birch wood, they provide a natural grip and are suitable for both home workouts and training at the gym.

The rings have a diameter of 23 cm and a grip diameter of 28 mm, making them comfortable to hold and allowing you to perform a wide range of exercises. You can use them for pull-ups, dips, push-ups, gymnastics exercises and full-body muscle training, among other activities.

The set includes straps that are 460 cm long and 3.8 cm wide, allowing the rings to be suspended at the appropriate height. The long strap provides plenty of flexibility during installation and allows you to adjust the equipment to suit the exercise being performed.x
