The bench has a holder for an optional praecher curl attachement or leg developer attachement or lock thighs.
The bench allows you to adjust the angle of the backrest in ten levels. This solution will allow you to exercise your chest muscles from many different angles.

The MS-S107 racks are a versatile tool for general training
Four load bars with a length of 22 cm and a diameter of 25 mm allow you to stack plates with a diameter of fi25 mm or more.
