Participation in the promotion: -10% on selected Marbo Sport products

§1 General Provisions

1. These terms and conditions govern the promotion called “-10% on selected Marbo Sport products”, hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”.
2. The organizer of the Promotion is MARBO Ulikowski Spółka Komandytowa, located at ul. Boczna 41, 27-200 Starachowice, Poland, NIP: 6641963729, REGON: 292794781, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”.
3. The Promotion is conducted in the Organizer’s online store at https://www.marbosport.eu/.
4. These terms and conditions are available throughout the Promotion period on the Organizer’s website.

§2 Duration of the Promotion

1. The Promotion is valid from 02.03.2026 to 31.05.2026.
2. The Promotion lasts until 23:59 on the last day of the period mentioned above or until the earlier sale of the products included in the Promotion.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early if the stock of promotional products is exhausted or for important legal or organizational reasons.

§3 Promotion Conditions

1. The Promotion consists of granting a 10% discount on selected products in the Organizer’s online store.
2. The Promotion applies to selected products from the following series:
• Marbo Sport Home,
• Smart Gym,
• Marbo Sport Semi-Pro,
• Outdoor fitness equipment,
• UpForm brand accessories.
3. The list of products included in the Promotion is available at: https://www.marbosport.eu/search.php?promotion_id=8060
4. The discount is already included in the product price displayed on the website or is automatically applied in the shopping cart during the checkout process.
5. Information about the lowest price of the product in the last 30 days before applying the discount is displayed for each product included in the Promotion in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
6. The Promotion applies only to products available in the online store during the Promotion period.

§4 Promotion Restrictions

1. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, coupon codes, or special offers unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.
2. The Promotion applies only to products marked by the Organizer as part of the Promotion.
3. The Promotion does not cover shipping costs or additional services unless explicitly stated by the Organizer.

§5 Complaints

1. Complaints related to the Promotion can be submitted:
• by e-mail to info@marbosport.eu, or
• in writing to the Organizer’s address.
2. The complaint should include information allowing identification of the customer and a description of the circumstances being disputed.
3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days of receipt.
4. The customer will be informed of the result of the complaint in the same way it was submitted, unless a different contact method is provided.

§6 Final Provisions

1. Matters not regulated by these terms and conditions are governed by Polish law.
2. The choice of Polish law does not deprive consumers of the protection to which they are entitled under the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they have their habitual residence.
3. The Promotion does not violate or limit consumers’ rights under applicable legal provisions.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the Promotion for important legal or organizational reasons, provided that such amendments do not affect rights already acquired by participants.
5. Changes to the terms and conditions will be published on the Organizer’s website.
