The Roman bench from Marbo Sport is an equipment designed primarily for training the back muscles, especially the extensor muscles. The most well-known exercises performed on this device are torso raises from a fall and back extensors on the bench. Its construction is based on thick 100 x 50 mm profiles with a 3 mm wall, which guarantees the solidity and durability of the entire structure even during the most intensive workouts.

- the equipment has as many as 5 possibilities of adjusting the support, so you can adjust it individually, according to your height and preferences;
- power and strength is provided by a special shape with position locks, baked from 3 mm thick sheet metal;
- simplicity of use - to set the desired level of the backrest, you need to grasp it by the handles and adjust it to the desired angle;
- convenient to use leg locks - they are made of strong polyurethane foam, which is covered with soft faux leather. In order to hide the visible retraction of the material, a rosette made of plastic was used at the ends;
- innovative upholstery - it was built from two, separate elements, which are tailored to the anatomical shapes of the exerciser;
- attention to the smallest details - all the handles of the bench are covered with a layer of thick and strong rubber, which provides a comfortable and secure grip. The ends of the handles are covered with an aluminum lid with a logo. The legs of the bench are equipped with feet made of thick rubber, so the equipment will not shift during exercise.
To ensure the highest level of safety for users, the equipment has been tested for safety and compliance with current standards by the European Quality Center.
