The new MH-L107 2.0 has seven backrest and seat positions and the angle can be adjusted in a range from -10 ° to 76 °. Thanks to this possibility, you can train your chest and shoulder muscles comprehensively. It should be noted that the backrest is moved relative to the uprights when the position is adjusted at a positive angle. This allows you to conveniently and safely remove your barbell from the storage hooks while benching.
