Folding gymnastic bar - Marbo Sport
Gymnastic bar 35 mm made of glued beech wood. Movable arms allow you to adjust the height and distance of the bar from the ladder (arm length 1000 mm and 740 mm).
The bar can be hung on a gymnastic ladder with an internal width of 840 mm and above, having rungs up to 30 thick and up to 40 mm high and any spacing.
The maximum distance of the bar from the rung of the gymnastic ladder when the bar is placed horizontally in relation to the rung on which the upper arm is attached is about 900 mm.
Maximum static load 120 kg. The device is designed for general development, corrective and rehabilitation exercises affecting the strengthening of the shoulder girdle muscles, abdominal muscles and stretching of the inter-articular joints. Complies with the EN 913 standard.
